City of Seaside Internet Payment Refund Policy.

If you have made a payment in error, please contact the appropriate City of Seaside Department to request a refund. Approved refunds will take time to process so please make sure you have filled out the payment forms and amounts correctly before completing a transaction. Please have all reference material pertaining to the payment available and bear in mind that any collected convenience fees associated with your payment cannot be refunded.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

City of Seaside Permit Refund Policy is as follows:

All building permits including Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical will be refunded at 80% if a project has been canceled after the permit has been paid for. If the Price of a permit was mis-calculated a refund of the difference will be reimbursed. Partial Refund requests, due to change in job description, will be considered on a case by case basis. Plan reviews are non-refundable. Once a job has started and inspections have been requested there will be no refunds.
